This is followed by the description of the activity - placing the aspects in the foreground that are not self-evident - i.e. less "As a software developer you develop software." but name the products/services/challenges that are solved. After that, list the main indispensable requirements. Please omit the optional. Formulate optional components directly as a further training offer in the form "With us you will learn...". At the end you can list the unique selling points (employer brand) of your company or department as an employer. Avoid doing things that all other competitors have already written in the ads. Find 2-3 special topics in which you are unique or demonstrably better in order to set yourself apart and be remembered.
